This Shipping Policy explains how we process, manufacture, and deliver our products, along with estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and important shipping information.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
If you place an order on a weekend, or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin after your order enters production.

These delivery estimates are based on normal operating conditions. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Please note:
If multiple orders are placed separately, each order is processed individually and shipping charges (when applicable) are calculated for each order.
Shipping Carriers
To provide reliable delivery, we work with established international shipping carriers, including:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- SkyNet
The shipping carrier used for your order is selected based on your destination and the most efficient available shipping service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us on the same day your order is placed.
Address changes can only be made before production or shipment begins and are subject to your order status.
Phone Number Requirement
To help avoid delivery issues, please include a valid phone number with your shipping address.
Shipping carriers may use this number if they need to contact you regarding your delivery.
Signature Upon Delivery
A signature is not required by default.
If you would like your shipment to require a signature upon delivery, please contact our customer support team before your order ships, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Customs & Import Charges
All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges apply in your destination, those charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost during transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Coverage
The Leather Chaps currently ship throughout the United States.
There are no shipping restrictions within the U.S., and we deliver to all U.S. states.
